Up and down Wiinceslas Square you find these - the sausage stands selling street meat to all the passerby. They sell a surprisingly large variety of sausages, which of course I never buy, but I do occasionally order "smazeny syr" from them, which is "fried cheese."
It's basically like a patty made entirely of deep-fried cheese (picture a wad of mozza sticks smooshed together) on a bun with some mayo. Certainly not the healthiest snack, but quite yummy indeed.
